Olivia was selected this award as a 2 year team captain. She brings positivity and energy to the team. She also leads by example by giving 100% every time she steps on the ice. Olivia just started playing hockey her freshman year of high school and has made great progress over the last 4 years. She has improved not only her own game, but also encourages her team to do the same when on the ice. She has great sportsmanship and is always putting the teams needs above her own. She continues to be a great leader on the team, and although she is newer to the game than most, she sends a message that hockey can be for everyone at any age.
