Noah Hagen is one of the most rock‑solid character kids we have ever had in the Mayo Boys Hockey program. He embodies the rare traits that defined Hobey Baker — humility, integrity, toughness, coachability and an unwavering commitment to his teammates.
Noah plays hurt. He plays tired. He plays through whatever the game demands. He just plays hard — every single time he steps on the ice. His consistency and reliability have made him a cornerstone of our locker room and a model for what it means to wear a Mayo jersey.
What separates Noah is not just how he plays, but how he responds. He gets knocked down — he gets up. He loses a battle — he owns it. And then he prepares to go straight back into the next battle with his teammates. That resilience, that accountability, that willingness to keep showing up no matter what… those are the qualities that define great teammates and great people.
