Nick Soares  JR Dighton-Rehoboth Falcons   30 Goals  25 Assists

Nick is an honor roll student.  He always has good grades and has never received any disciplinary actions in school or out of school for that matter.  He has played baseball, golf, and hockey since his freshman year.  In golf he was an honorable mention all – star in the South Coast conference.  He was also named captain of the golf team for his senior year.  The coach cited his character, integrity, being a positive role model, and having strong morals during the golf banquet this past fall.

Botelho deserves a lot of credit, for picking up a difficult game and learning to play it at such a high level in such a short period of time. Cute said he was thrilled with this development. But the coach had perhaps the most praise for Soares, who first asked his friend to come play, “The highest compliment I can pay to a player is that he’s a leader. Nick has been a leader for me and for us.”
