Nick Rose has been our starting goalie for two years.  He leads by example.  He is first to the rink and last to leave.  He works hard with his goalie coach and puts in countless hours on his own honing his goalie skills.  Nick is a steady, quiet presence in the locker room.  On the ice he excels, leading the team onto the ice, alerting his defense to the attack of the opposing team and the best way out of the zone.  He is also an honors student in the classroom.  Nick possess all the attributes of a Hobey Baker Award winner: strength of character, integrity, commitment, teamwork and sportsmanship.
