Nick Chisholm embodies the outstanding character traits desired in today’s young athletes.  Among those are his honesty, compassion, empathy and his genuine respect for his teammates, coaches, opponents and officials.  

Nick has been one of the most coachable players I have come across in my 30 year coaching career.  His high level of sportsmanship is exhibited in the fact that he has only taken 4 minor penalties over the course of his four year varsity career.

Having recently completed his Eagle Scout Award through the Boy Scouts and all the community service which that entails, Nick has also been a leader in our team’s efforts to assist with our local MS Society’s fundraising walkathon.

Nick Chisholm is an outstanding choice to represent the Ludlow High School Hockey Team as a recipient of the Hobey Baker High School Character Award.
