Nick is an amazing young man with a level of dedication to hockey that is unparalleled. He comes to the rink every day, ready to work hard, always seeking out ways to improve his play, while at the same time providing positivity for his teammates. He leads by example on and off the ice by representing himself, his team, his coaches and his family with a degree of class and respect that is unmatched! Nick always keeps his chin up and continues to enthusiastically lead his team even in the face of adversity, struggle and hardship. He earns the respect of his teammates, his coaches, opposing players and their coaches, each and every day! These traits, along with his infectious smile and his infinite loyalty to his team, have earned him my vote for this year’s Hobey Baker Award
