Morgan has been on the Honor Roll her entire high school career and is scheduled to graduate next May with Highest Honors, all the while participating in many co-curricular activities and in athletics. She maintains a 3.98 GPA and is ranked 13 out of 217 at Onalaska High School. She’s taken AP classes in Government, Calculus, Psych and Literature. She also been actively involved FBLA and last year she was a state qualifier. She’s also part of Link Crew, a program that helps incoming freshman transition into high school.
Morgan’s community service involvement includes volunteering for the Lions Club working within their pop and concession stands for various community festivals. She has also volunteered at St. Patrick’s Lenten Fish Fry. For many years, she has also served as a mentor assisting local youth hockey players during the Onalaska’s Tornado Hockey Association’s week long new skater program.
Morgan has been playing hockey since age four. Throughout her entire hockey career, she has become a student of the game and has displayed great leadership abilities. This past year, Morgan served as the defensive leader of her hockey team as a junior. She has been instrumental in helping her high school team to two WIAA State Runner Up titles and is determined to return to the State Tournament in her senior season. She is always eager to learn and improve. She is a true competitor. She is a leader that places the team’s success ahead of her own personal goals.
