Milton Sibner is a hard-working defenseman who carries himself with high character and integrity. Milton prioritizes his team first and much of his hard work and determination may not always show up in the game sheet stats. But his teammates, coaches and opponents all recognize the value he brings to his team. He is very worthy of this nomination.
