Mike has been chosen unanimously by our 4 coaches. He has been the best choice of a player that deserves the character award. Mike has been on JV for 2 years, and with hard work and desire, he is a major part of our team. He is dedicated to our program, listens to the coaches, and does everything for the benefit of others. He helps the managers collect pucks after practice, and is usually the last player cleaning the dressing room after practice and games. Mike is conscientious about school, and is respected by his teammates and coaches. We feel that he has the attributes that exemplify Hobey Baker. Mike does not have a goal this year, but continues to work hard every day and every game without losing heart.
