A 4-year starter and team Captain for Cohasset hockey, Michael Lund is the consummate leader.  His example on and off the ice embodies the character, integrity, and service that the coaching staff looks for in its captains.  Michael Lund is not concerned about personal statistics or awards.  He volunteers to play difficult positions and accomplishes unpopular tasks with ease.  His focus is to make those around him better and his team a stronger unit.
