Maya Fanelli sets a high bar for integrity, sportsmanship and work ethic. Team Captain this season, she is always willing to take on any role needed to help the team, whether that’s leading the power play, battling in a penalty kill situation, forechecking to win the puck, backchecking to stop the rush, or encouraging the team in the locker room. She works hard on and off the ice to set an example of positivity and commitment to her teammates.
