Carroll County Co-Op Ice Hocket | Bears | COED

Max has been a four-year varsity player for our County’s only public school ice hockey team. As a freshman, he immediately took an active role as a defenseman on a team full of juniors and seniors and was a valuable contributor from almost his first day. His on-ice efforts for our team have been beyond anything the coaches expected. In his junior season, he was awarded the alternate captaincy and was thereafter named team captain for his senior varsity season. Max has absolutely no quit in him and is a true student of the game of ice hockey. As a captain, he remains to this day serious and positive in the locker room and on the bench.

He also plays varsity lacrosse for South Carroll High School (which does not have an ice hockey team, hence the co-op status of our club). At South Carroll he has maintained a high level of academic excellence and is ranked 5th in his class with a 4.6 cumulative GPA. He was recently inducted into the National Honor Society, and plans on pursuing a career in Aerospace Engineering upon graduation from high school.
