As lifelong hockey player, Mary embodies everything the Hobey Baker High School Character award represents and more. As captain of her high school hockey team for the past two years, she has set high expectations for herself and her teammates – on and off the ice. As starting goalie since freshman year, Mary’s focus, determination, commitment to excellence is outstanding.

Off the ice, Mary is an officer of the National Honor Society, member of Rhode Island and Italian Honor Societies, and recipient of the RI Secretary of State Leadership Award. She is a member of the Unified Club (Best Buddies) and volunteers in her community’s faith formation.
