Mariah was not only the captain of our team this season but she was truly a leader on and off the ice. She was able to show the younger players what it really means to be a captain, and really truly cared about her teammates.

Mariah is a very humble person and is one of the most self-less young student athletes I have had the privilege of coaching. When people meet her for the first time, there is an instant friendship because she is so helpful, supportive, and can make people laugh!

Mariah is truly one of a kind, she is very dedicated and has a competitive edge to her. She will do all that she can to succeed at whatever task she is taking on. Mariah is a hard-working and energetic person, and I have no doubt that she will experience great success in her future.
