Livia represents the true meaning of a captain.  This year we had an extremely young group of players and went through a massive amount of injuries during the season. Livia kept everything positive and worked even harder to make the younger girls better and to demonstrate what hard work can do for a player.  Her attitude and guidance she gave this season to everyone, truly represents what the Hobey Baker Award is about.
