Kyle is an exceptional individual who has proven himself as a scholar and athlete during his tenure at Osseo Senior High. With his leadership qualities, work ethic, and positive attitude, Kyle is truly a coach’s dream. He has been an asset to our hockey program and the entire Osseo community.

Kyle has shown exemplary character, sportsmanship, and a positive attitude when representing our program on and off the ice and thus was voted one of the captains of this year’s team. Kyle is true to all of the value associated with this award: coachability, strength of character, integrity, commitment, teamwork, community leadership, and outstanding sportsmanship. He is a selfless young man who has always put the team first. He wants other players and people around him to do well; he is the definition of a team player. He has consistently been one of the first students to step up when there are volunteer opportunities. He has assisted senior citizens with yard clean-up, coached youth hockey players, volunteered to read at local elementary schools, helped organize a blood drive at school, and packed meals at Feed My Starving Children. He has participated in all these activities while still earning an impressive grade point average of 3.799. Kyle is a very well rounded person who has the utmost potential.
