Kira is our only goaltender and has shouldered the goaltending burden, all season, faultlessly. She has made every practice and is the first to arrive at the rink for both practices and games and always with a smile on her face. She is very competitive, but does not let her competitiveness get in the way of appreciating and encouraging her teammates. She shows support for her teammates and respect for her coaches. Anything the coaches ask of her, she does, without question. She balances her competitiveness with good sportsmanship. She is a joy to coach.
