Justin is a true team player, and always has the best interests of the team ahead of his own.  His calm demeanor in the locker room has been a positive influence.  He is very mature, and has been a mentor and friend to the younger boys on the team.  And the coaching staff has always depended on and trusted Justin to provide the leadership needed from a captain.
