Aside from being a gifted hockey player, Josh exemplifies what this award is all about.  He is a true leader, one our whole team looks up to.  The team comes to life when Josh walks into the locker room.  He is patient and constatntly trying to help others achieve greatness.  He volunteers to help those with less skill than himself.  

Josh also always demonstrates great sportsmanship.  He never argues with a ref or his coach.  He never puts down those with less ability than his own.

He is a natural choice for this honor and a person everyone on our team looks up to.
