Josh Kaufman exemplifies the qualities of character, integrity, commitment, teamwork and sportsmanship.

He came into the league with little experience and blossomed to a first line player.  Along the way, Josh encouraged other newer players, assisting them in learning skills.  Josh is a true sportsman, and never complained about ice time, often offering to give up a shift so less experienced players would have a chance to play.
