Over the past 4 years, Joseph has developed a style of quiet, confident leadership that is an asset to any team. As a player, he is competitive and driven, always counted on to be a reliable defenseman. As a teammate, he is supportive of fellow players, respectful of coaches, and attentive to the needs of the team. Outside of his role with the team, Joseph works at the rink and helps with the try hockey for free program and learn to play program, helping new hockey players develop a love of the game.
