Standing over 6’5 on skates, Captain Joe is an imposing looking figure. However, his heart is even bigger than his physical stature. Joe has been dedicated to making himself and his high school team better year-round for the past four years. In the off-season he has been a leader in attending conditioning workouts. On the ice he helped his team improve since his freshman year from a first round playoff team to a junior-year league and state championship and achieve a program best, 21 win season. As a senior, he has helped his team be one of the first playoff qualifiers with hopes to defend a league and state championship. Off the ice, Joe has spent countless hours helping to coach youth hockey players and performing community service at soup kitchens and shelters.
