Joe is a true leader on and off the ice. He has been a contributing member of the Montville High School Ice Hockey Team for 4 years. He always encourages his team mates to raise the level of their game and play their best. He is a strong leader and great mentor to his surrounding players.  He also gives back to the community by volunteering for the handicapped ice hockey program, the New Jersey Daredevils.
