Jocelyn Johnson-Williams exemplifies outstanding character both on and off the ice. Academically, she is a dedicated and driven student, maintaining an impressive 4.1399 GPA and ranking in the top 93.99% of her class. Jocelyn has taken AP classes to constantly challenge her herself with rigorous classes. She has been a proud member of the National Honor Society for two years, reflecting her commitment to excellence, leadership, and integrity in the classroom.
Beyond academics, Jocelyn is deeply committed to serving her community. She has volunteered her time at Onalaska and La Crosse Thanksgiving meals, as well as with organizations such as the Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation and Ducks Unlimited. She also gives back through athletics, helping coach youth soccer in Holmen and refereeing soccerhockey in her spare time, demonstrating her passion for mentoring younger athletes and supporting the growth of sports in her community.
Within our hockey program, Jocelyn is a true competitor, mentor, and “big sister” to her teammates. She leads by example through her work ethic, positive attitude, and strong sense of responsibility. Jocelyn knows when and how to ask questions to seek help or clarification, showing maturity and a genuine desire to grow. Because she has such great knowledge of the game of hockey, she is a wonderful liaison between the bench and the referees during games. She consistently advocates for her teammates in a positive and respectful manner and leads with integrity both on and off the ice. Jocelyn Johnson-Williams is not only an exceptional student-athlete, but also a role model whose character strengthens our team and community.
