In addition to Jason being a 4 year player for the Upper Montgomery Lightning team, Jason has accomplished so much ranging from his academics, many volunteer projects in the community and becoming an Eagle Scout. Also, about 2 years ago during a game, one of our players had a seizure on the bench and it was Jason that jumped into action and assisted me in getting everyone cleared and tend to our player until medical personnel could arrive. Jason is well trained and I was so impressed by how calm he was during this incident and helping take care of our player. There is no one else more deserving the Hobey Baker award than Jason.
