this young man played 2nd defense for us as a junior, good player a little slow, asked him to get in shape and improve his speed , he ran everyday for the rest of year, dropped 15 pounds  and has had an all_state type year! he is now #1 defenseman, logged over 400 shifts most on team in 23 games, our record 21-2 beat record in school history with a plus 48, highest plus/minus on team, and he did it with hard work. never demands or even entertains any credit for himself , just a GREAT teammate and huge part of our success.he has 1 goal and 19 assists for 20 points out highest scoring defenseman and as humble as humble pie!! great young man> proud to put him up for this award
