Hayley exhibits the qualities that are the foundation of the Hobey Baker Award: outstanding skills, character, integrity, team before me.  As our starter for tha past four years on the Natick team she has overcome injuries and has played in every game that she was physically able.  Hobey Baker was not a goaltender but would have applauded Hayley as our choice to receive this coveted award.
