Hayden is a Senior at Spanish River High School and he has played on the team since he arrived as a Freshman, rising to the #1 starting goalie the past two seasons.  He has shown incredible leadership and support for his teammates, and if he wasn’t a goalie, he would have been selected as the Captain of the team this year.  He is the backbone of the team, and the reason that the team is not just competitive, but undefeated for the 2014-2015 season.  He has been a pleasure to coach, and he demonstrates the true meaning of character representing the Hobey Baker award.  We are pleased and proud to submit him as our award recipient this year.
