Haley has developed into a real leader for us this season. She has been the one to recognize on multiple occasions when the team needs to re focus. She has been very coachable which has enabled her to elevate her game. She also has been a positive example for other teammates by taking a team philosophy to addressing team problems rather than blaming others. Overall Haley has been able to not let negative influences affect her ability to stay positive and play her best.
