Griffin is the team captain and displays many of the characteristics expected of a Hobey Baker Award winner. He sets a strong example in the classroom, off the ice, and on the ice. He plays the game the right way; both going out all to win the game, but respecting his opponent. He has dedicated himself over the past 4 years to improve, and resulting in being one of the top players in the division.
Griffin has truly been a pleasure to coach and I am proud to nominate him as the 2017-18 Hobey Baker Award nominee for North Kingstown High School.
