Graham Freund took a sabbatical from hockey due to an injury in his youth, but rejoined the Blades for his senior year. Graham immediately exhibited soft skills resembling the qualities necessary for a Hobey Baker award winner. He was always showed up with a great attitude, he was coachable, made sure to get to know each and every one of his teammates, was a leader on and off the ice. It is my pleasure to nominate him for this award.
