Garrett Warner served as captain in his senior year. He led by example, always displaying a positive attitude, working with the coaches and team manager to lead the team in the right direction. Garrett involves his teammates in leadership decisions. He practices and plays hard, on both his high school and travel teams. Garrett’s willingness to help less experienced and less talented players excel was never more clear than in the final regular season game when he and his line mates consistently passed the puck to a less talented senior teammate so that player could make the most of his limited ice time.

Garrett is an honor roll student. As a junior, he was an alternate captain and was honored with the team’s Ray Donahue Memorial Leadership award.
