Gage has exhibited great character on and off the ice in the past few years. He is reliable and is a great example of what a rebel hockey player should be. He is a leader, sometimes by example and sometimes by taking charge. He is reliable, and is always someone we can count on. He is also coachable, and will not quit no matter how dire the situation looks. His unwillingness to quit has help motivate our players to play the game with the same gritty attitude. He always has a positive attitude, and is willing to find good things to take away from every situation. Gage can lighten the mood of the team when needed. Even though he has been the starting goalie for probably 4 years now still is coachable and willing to make changes. Also Gage was the schools representative for the schools triple A award which recognizes the student the best exhibits success in Academics, Arts, and Athletics.
