Fallon worked hard mentally and physically at every practice, learning new individual skills as well as team strategies. She demonstrated her leadership far more by how she played than by what she said. She never criticized teammates, even the newer and younger players. She played 19 games on defense and took only one minor penalty. She actively participates in drama and theater at her high school and plans to pursue these fine arts in college.
