Erik is the perfect person for this award. His leadership on and off the ice is second to none. Erik never wavers through good times and in bad. He is actually more positive when things aren’t going well. The players look for his voice of calmness in all situations. His work ethic in the weight room and on the ice was incredible, never not giving his very best. We are very proud to give this award to Erik!
