    Emma Curran is Captain of the 2015-16 Boston Latin School Varsity Girls’ Hockey team. She was elected Captain by her team mates March 2015. She comes to practices and games well prepared physically and mentally. Emma’s work ethic is at 100% capacity, she plays with a big heart. Her team-mates  mirror her intensity. Emma is kind, welcoming and inclusive to all her team-mates. She has organized off-ice conditioning before the season and during our season. Many Team Dinners have been done this season: team bonding has been positive.
    Emma is a Varsity Lacrosse Goalie and Manager of the Varsity Boston Latin School Cheerleading Squad.
    Academically she has received Approbation Awards (no grade lower than a B-), National Spanish Exam Medal Winner, National Latin Exam Medal Winner.
    Emma was a participant in the MIAA Leadership Summit 2015.
She has worked as a Camp Councilor at the Roche Family Center and is the X-Ice Director at the Jim Roche Community Arena, setting up hockey games; communicating with coaches, parents and players.
