Liz has been an outstanding student athlete for the past 5 years as a member of the Eastview Lightning. She has a great work ethic and plays to the best of her ability every time she touches the ice. Liz leads by example both in practice and games. No one works harder than Liz. She pays attention to detail and often plays against other teams top players because she is just as good on defense as she is on offense. Liz is very unselfish as she will pass up scoring opportunities to pass to a teammate. She also spends many hours volunteering at the local hospital and at her church. Liz is just a pleasure to coach and is truely deserving of the Hobey Baker Character Award.
