Dayn’s love and respect for the game and his teammates is infectious. It spreads not only through the team he plays on but to younger players as well. He and a fellow teammate volunteered their own free time to help coach a peewee team, spreading both knowledge and passion for the game to a younger generation of players. Hockey is about more than the skills acquired, or winning; it’s also about the developing character, and Dayn is a model of this.
