David started out his hockey career much later than most players. When he came into High School he set the goal of becoming a varsity hockey player. He worked every spring, summer, and fall to get better and player faster. He worked his way through the JV team and finally his senior year he made the varsity team. David has shown a determination and a dedication that young players don’t always possess. He knew his roll and was always supportive, even when he only got a few shifts. David was always positive and gave 100% when his opportunities came.
