David came into the Troy United Hockey program as a Junior and a goalie with zero hockey experience, quite the position to start at that age. We had a problem/role that needed to be filled, and with the help of the team’s captain in the previous year, Connor Durfee, we were able to fill that spot. David dove headfirst into the hockey world eating up every piece of information we had to offer as a staff. You couldn’t ask for a better student-athlete who takes ownership in their crafts, is committed to helping for the greater good, is honest with themselves and their teammates, and always loves to take on a challenge. Thank you for the sacrifice you made for the team, David, that gesture speaks volumes, along with the journey you took. Good luck in the future!
