Connor VanderLinden is the 2017 Hobey Baker nominee for the Green Bay United Boys Varsity Hockey Program. It is gratifying to see you now as a senior and how you have grown; it’s meaningful to me as a coach. The leadership and intensity he brings to every game. The ability to sacrifice for the team to play defense, and give everything he had every time no matter what. Connor has set an excellent example for his younger teammates to emulate. His work ethic and continuing desire to improve himself on and off the ice – even battling through injury have laid the ground work for the rebuilding of this hockey program.
