Colby is the kind of player and teammate everyone dreams of. First, he has grown so much over the last 2 seasons. He is the epidemy of hard work. He works hard, can fix anything, and will do anything for anyone. Colby, last season was my first year with this program. He was so tough on himself. He would go into a rage. But we knew how to deal with it, and over the last 8 months, he has turned into a great person, teammate, and friend to the guys in the room.
