C.J. began his athletic journey on the ice at age eight, first playing hockey as a skater before making the transition to goalie as a freshman in high school. That change quickly proved to be the right fit, as he went on to become a four-year varsity letterman and a key contributor to his team’s success. His efforts in net helped lead his team to the 2025 State Frozen Four, showcasing his determination, resilience, and leadership under pressure.

In addition to hockey, C.J. stepped into another demanding position as a lacrosse goalie during his freshman year. He earned three varsity letters in lacrosse and continued to develop into a standout defensive leader. As a junior, he received GCC Honorable Mention honors and was named his team’s Defensive MVP, recognition of both his skill and commitment to the game.

Off the field and ice, C.J. has maintained a 3.64 cumulative GPA while balancing a demanding athletic schedule. He is enrolled in Career and Technical Education (CTE) studying Construction Management. After graduation, he plans to apprentice with the Carpenters Union while continuing his education in construction management.

Outside of school, C.J. enjoys playing the drums, listening to classic rock and grunge, and spending time fishing in local ponds and rivers. He has also worked at the local ice rink for the past three years, staying closely connected to the sport that helped shape his high school experience.

Through hard work, dedication, and humility, C.J. exemplifies what it means to be a committed student-athlete both in competition and in life.
