Christian has been a defenseman on the UC West High School Hockey team for the last 4 years. His leadership skills, good work ethic on and off the ice, and positive attitude make him a major contributor to the team. He is always vocal in the locker room as well as on the ice trying to boost the morale of his teammates. His constant encouragement on the bench during games is a huge plus during out toughest games. Christian leads by example and his work ethic shows up on the ice, off the ice, and academically where he carries a 3.1 GPA. I can always count on him during practice and games to bring his best on the ice. He has a commitment to continuing playing hockey in college and to excel academically. Christian is the son of Ken and Deb Sokol of Waxhaw, NC.
