Chaz has always let his effort on and off the ice speak for itself.   His underclassmen teammates truly looked up to him in his senior year, leaving a positive impression that will last long past his graduation.  Those are the types of unintentional, but welcomed, behaviors that make a coach’s job a little easier; leading by example just by being yourself.  It’s been a privilege to coach Chaz.
