Our Hobey Baker award goes to a player whose impact reaches far beyond what shows up in a game, Charlotte Theirl. She brings a relentless work ethic to the rink every single day, pushes herself and her teammates to be better, and maintains a positive, team-first attitude regardless of her role or circumstances. Starting her high school career on our JV team, she embraced every challenge with humility and determination, using each opportunity to grow. Through consistency, perseverance, and an unwavering commitment to improvement, she earned her way into a meaningful and impactful Varsity role. Her journey is a true example of trusting the process, and her attitude, effort, and leadership make her an invaluable part of our program.
