Charlie shows up and works hard every day. He wants and does what’s best for the team, stays positive, and works to get better. The main reason I chose Charlie for this award is because I can tell how much he enjoys the game of hockey. Charlie’s efforts may not have shown on the score sheet as much as he’d like this season, but his joy at the rink and team-centric attitude had an impact.
