Marshfield High School Varsity Girls Ice Hockey | Lady Rams | GIRLS

Marshfield High School Girls Ice Hockey has had a roller coaster season from the beginning. We had a coaching change the day of our first game of our season. Even though the change was due to something unrelated to the team, it still was unexpected for the girls. Even though Brooke Hart was already chosen as a captain but she was one of the true leaders who kept our team focused and committed.

Brooke is always the first one to any team event and the last to leave. She never is one to complain and always will offer to do what you ask. She is always understanding when there are hard decisions being made. When you have a conversation with Brooke on how to improve or what the team needs from her, she immediately is able to apply what is said to her.

It is a true pleasure to coach Brooke because of her easygoing personality and dedication on and off the ice. Her compassion for everyone around her from the coaches to her teammates is a great sign of maturity. Plus, she is an excellent student, who works after school at her local after-school program with elementary school students.
