Our Program is a combined school of Tampa Catholic & Berkley Prep.

I personally watched Brady grow into a leader. In my opinion leaders must have certain traits:

Mentor: Every leader should be able to offer mentoring abilities. A true measure of success is helping the people around you grow. Brady has helped not only his Tampa United Teammates, but his Peers (including me) grow as a coach and is a contributor to my success here as the Tampa United Head Coach. As a young leader, I consider him a quality mentor and is the Captain of the TU Hockey Program

Leader: Most leadership qualities are born not made. Brady has those that are both. Brady demonstrates leadership qualities at every opportunity. His dynamic personality attracts talent, such that talented people want to be near and/or with him. He is highly respected in our organization and is looked up to not only by those who play with him, but by his peers athletes as well. Brady has the keen ability to make everyone around him better than they were before.

Getting to know Brady over the past few seasons, I have witnessed his passion for his teammates, his school and the sport he loves to play. I have seen my son grow as a person because of the leadership and mentoring time spent by Brady.

I personally vouch for his work ethic, dedication, and commitment of success. He is an outstanding young man with great leadership qualities that any team or institution would love to have.

This is the reason I am recommending our Captain Brady Tingley for the Hobey Baker Award.
