Austin is a very coachable player; he comes to practices and games and works hard through every drill and shift. He is a leader amongst the team for his positive attitude and ability to lead by his actions.  Austin’s dedication to leadership is shown in his ability to help a lesser skilled player to stepping up as a captain and team player and will skate with another player when being discipline for their actions.  Austin doesn’t see this sport as an individual sport he sees and treats it like it is a ‘team sport’.
